You aren't sure what this place is, but it doesn't seem right that you can't just leave, that you can't move about at will. At the same time, you don't know any of these people, and you would like to get to know at least one of them well enough that you don't feel like running just at the sight of them. But it is always someone new. New faces. New smells. New people. When will things settle down?
