Can a Dog Care for a Baby?
Mike Argento says CNN has become No. 1 in absurd viewer polls, and his proof comes from its recent question, "do you believe a dog can care for a baby?"
His column is pretty funny.
(I should probably note that the picture illustrating this entry has nothing to do with the associated story, or the CNN viewer poll, but simply seemed to illustrate what I wanted to say, which was that dogs and babies were not mutually exclusive regardless of whether or not a dog could care for a baby or not.)
Can dogs care for babies? Probably not for very long. Beyond licking their extremely flavorful faces and demanding that they fling more food from their high chair, my dogs would likely do much the same as those described in Mr. Argento's column.
But the question must still be answered... who gets paid for writing the viewer polls for CNN?
