How to Photograph Your Pets
Here are ten fine tips on photographing your pets from Digital Photography School. My favorite from the list:Dogtionary: Meaningful Portraits of Dogs
Sharon Montrose
How to Photograph Pets: Catch them unawares: Posed shots can be fun and effective but one thing I love to do (whether it be with animals or people) is to photograph them candidly paparazzi style.I personally like to move the camera around, often blindly, sort of vaguely pointing it at the dog or cat or sidewalk or shrub. I fire away as they move around, from down low to up high to straight on. I get a lot of weird shots this way, but since it's digital I can delete whatever I please. What about you? Do you have any special advice for pet-photographers out there?
